Juror

Juror

Linda Lucas Hardy

In 1985 Linda took an art class at a local community college which reignited her love for art. She continued taking classes until 1993 but, according to her, her real education didn't began however until after she left the classroom. Linda says, "Love of art enticed me, observation inspired me and curiosity motivated me, but I’ve mostly been a student of my mistakes". Around 2002 Linda began referring to herself as a professional artist even though it felt awkward.  After a while, she began to believe it. Over a twenty year period her art and/or articles have been published in two dozen major art magazines and sixteen books; her work has been juried into more than eighty National and International exhibitions and she's won an equal number of awards and honors, many being Best of Show.
